Clients deserve better.
So, we’re stripping things back.
Way back.
Welcome to No Fixed Address. To keep pace with the realities of business today, we are challenging every aspect of the agency model and stripping away what’s not needed – fancy offices, over process, 9-5 hours, silos and holding company pressures. We invest in what really matters – talented people solving your business problems.

No Fixed Solutions
The best ideas come from an open mindset with no preconceived notions, allowing us to focus on the challenge at hand, and nothing else. Our deep and diverse team of multifaceted thinkers isn’t bound by any communication channel, output, or format.
No Fixed Approach
We don’t have a canned model. We create purpose built solutions and teams for each unique problem. No two clients are the same, nor is our approach to their business.
No Fixed Compensation

The right compensation model lets clients pay for what they need and see value in what we do. So, we work with clients to define a compensation structure that suits their unique needs.

As CEO of Publicis Canada for 10 years, he grew it from a 35 person agency to one of Canada's largest networks with over 400 employees. Most recently, as owner of DS+P, Serge once again exponentially grew the agency before embarking on starting No Fixed Address to meet the changing demands of our industry.
