An entrepreneur at heart, Serge has spent his entire career starting, leading and scaling global agencies such as Y&R, Publicis Canada and DS+P. He now embarks as the founder of No Fixed Address which strives to meet the changing demands of our industry.
Dave spent his formative years building, launching and transforming some of the top agencies in Canada including Publicis, Proximity/BBDO Canada and Cossette. He now sets out to form NFA with the mandate of making it a leading digital agency.

Mark has a diverse marketing background having worked across multiple disciplines and agencies such as Publicis and BBDO. Mark recently was at Citizen Relations, where he held positions of SVP General Manager of the Toronto office, and EVP North America.

Olaf has over 22 years of industry experience and has developed a deep understanding of integrated and diversified agency operations. He has worked in start-ups and large networks most recently holding the position of SVP Finance Director at BBDO.

Rachel has been a Planner, Coach, and Trainer for some of the world’s leading global brands. As a Strategic Planner, she's worked at top agencies such as BBDO, Leo Burnett, and Publicis. Her passion is to help clients shape their stories through insight.

Sabrina is a true hybrid, working both client and agency side as a business and strategy leader. On the client side, she built and transformed marketing teams. On the agency side, Sabrina led strategic planning and client relationships for global brands.

With over 14 years experience, in roles including Strategy, Account Services and Project Management, Jennifer has rich digital perspective. She has a unique ability to design and architect social content strategies across the entire advertising ecosystem.
Wendy brings a wealth of experience to No Fixed Address, across a number of different industries and categories. She has made her mark working for agencies such as Cossette and DDB leading a range of large complex accounts, producing award-winning work.
Rebecca has spent over a decade solving problems and delivering for her clients. Gaining experience from places like Publicis, Cossette, Proximity and Sandbox, Rebecca is now a swiss army knife of communications in mass, digital, XCRM, and planning.
Anika has been in the industry for almost two decades leading accounts. Her work includes building brands for mall-based retailers WIRELESSWAVE & Tbooth Wireless as well as leading projects for The Home Depot such as new strategic growth opportunities.
With 25 years of experience in the industry Josie has a deep understanding of her client’s brand and business. She has experience working alongside top brands including CIBC, NIKE and IBM, as well as her own successful e-commerce startup.

An Art Director and Designer by trade, Randy has spent a decade producing breakthrough work for challenging clients and great people. Most recently at TBWA/Juniper Park he has gained experience launching local brands and crafting global campaigns.

Julia has worked on global clients including McDonalds, TELUS and TD building lasting programs and strong client relationships. She has experience with a range of Digital projects including integrated loyalty systems, CRM, web design, and advertising.
Radek is an experienced tech lead with a knack for implementing a wide variety of Web Apps, CMS and LMS solutions. His expertise includes 14 years of industry experience finding solutions for brands such as TD, Pepsi, Campbell’s and Home Depot.

Linda began her career as an Executive Assistant for Dave Lafond following him from Proximity to Cossette and now NFA. She has become essential here as her role has morphed into Office Management and HR, or anywhere a problem needs to be solved.
Sandra is a seasoned graphic designer who tackles everything from in-store collateral to print advertising and digital banner ads. She has amassed over two decades of experience working with notable brands such as Scotiabank, Hyundai and Coca Cola.

With 18 years of industry experience under his belt, Gasper is a masterclass in production services. Previously at Dentsu, he led the design, print and digital studio for big brands such as Toyota, Manulife and Sapporo.
